This policy explains what Scenario Playbooks (we, us) collects on this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name and email address, plus any message you send through the contact form. When you start checkout, we save the contact details from step 1 even if you don't finish your purchase.
• Consent records: whether you agreed to emails, texts, and our terms, the exact consent wording, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser type. We keep these to prove consent.
• Orders: when you buy, Stripe shares your name, email, the playbooks you bought, and the amount with us. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never reaches our servers.
• Basic visit details: the page you signed up on and campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know which posts and ads work.

How we use it

• To deliver your purchase, your library, and free downloads.
• To send emails you signed up for, including a note when a new playbook is added to your All-Access library. You can stop marketing emails anytime.
• To follow up if you start checkout and don't finish.
• To answer your messages, prevent fraud, and improve the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run this store: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure database), and Vercel (website hosting), and with an email or text provider when those programs start, each only to provide its service to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information through the contact form.

Keeping it safe

Data is stored with encryption in transit, and the website can add records but cannot read them back. We keep information as long as you're on our list or as needed for orders, taxes, and consent records.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
